Stijn Jans is CEO and founder of Intigriti. Intigriti is a bug bounty and crowdsourced cybersecurity company that helps organizations protect themselves from cybercrime and data breaches through a community of 90,000 ethical hackers. 
After spearheading the company’s latest funding round, Stijn is currently focused on product diversification and empowering his team as the company accelerates its global growth. 
Although Intigriti has grown from an ‘idea on a napkin’ to nearly 130 employees in just over seven years, Stijn maintains an open-door policy and ensures he is always available to everybody in the business who needs support.
