How to get there?

 
We strongly advise you to make use of public transportation to travel to FTI SuperNova, due to limkited parking space.

By (shared) bike or (shared) scooter

SuperNova is easiest to reach by (shared) bike or (shared) scooter. Map out your route in advance with the handy Antwerp bike map.
Coming from out of town? Then be sure to try Donkey Republic's electric shared bikes.

 

By train

Take the train to Antwerp-Central.

In Antwerp-Centraal you can take the bus or streetcar to Groenplaats.
There change to tram 7 to the MAS stop. If you want to walk, it will take you an hour through the historic center.
Or you can rent a Blue-bike at the station.

 

By tram

  • Tram 24 (from Silsburg to Havenhuis), get off at Antwerp London stop, comes every 10 minutes. (700m walk)
  • Tram 7 (Mortsel - Eilandje), get off at the Antwerpen MAS stop, arriving every 10 minutes. (350m walk)

Before boarding the bus or tram, buy a ticket via De Lijn's app. A ticket costs €2.50 and is valid for 1 hour. Or SMS "DL" to 4884. You will receive a confirmation and an SMS ticket. This SMS ticket is valid for 1 hour on all De Lijn trams and buses and costs €2.50 (+ €0.15 operator fee).

By bus

Bus 17 (from UZA via Central Station to Brouwersvliet), get off at the Felixpakhuis stop. (1 km walk)

Before getting on the bus or tram, buy a ticket via De Lijn's app. A ticket costs €2.50 and is valid for 1 hour. Or SMS "DL" to 4884. You will receive a confirmation and an SMS ticket. This SMS ticket is valid for 1 hour on all De Lijn trams and buses and costs €2.50 (+ €0.15 operator fee).

By boat

From Linkeroever you can quickly and easily get to Rechteroever with the Sint-Annaveer. The ferry is free and leaves from the Linkeroever pontoon in Thonetlaan. More information about the Sint-Annaveer can be found here.

Take DeWaterbus from Hemiksem or Kruibeke to the Steenplein in Antwerp. Or combine the route with the ferry services Hoboken-Kruibeke and Basel-Hemiksem. A trip there and back costs €6 and can be purchased on board DeWaterbus. More information about DeWaterbus can be found here.

By car

Please note that the site is located in Antwerp's low-emission zone (LEZ). All information about the low-emission zone can be found on the Slim naar Antwerpen website.

Do not forget to take into account the new parking policy in the city, as visitors are no longer allowed to park on the street in the center. Around the Waagnatie you can also park for a maximum of 3 hours. Preferably leave your car at a Park and Ride and take the tram or (shared) bike further. 

There is a paying public car park next to the Waagnatie with multiple charging stations for electric cars. UZE provides an additional mobile charging station for EVs, more info here
