Mina Mutafchieva

Partner at Dawn Capital

Mina is a Partner at Dawn Capital and focuses on investments in payments, enterprise automation, and e-commerce software across Europe. She led Dawn’s investments in Access Fintech, CluedIn, Eigen, Fonoa, LeanIX, Lokalise and Medusa, and is involved with Dawn’s longer standing partnerships with Templafy and Showpad. 

Mina brings 10 years of experience from strategy consulting and growth private equity. She spent five years at McKinsey & Company, where she led numerous projects on strategy and commercial excellence for leading global financial institutions across Europe. She also spent time working at the McKinsey Global Institute, leading the work behind some of its most influential publications on global debt levels and routes to deleveraging. After McKinsey, Mina worked at Palamon Capital Partners in London, a mid-market Private Equity firm, where she focused on mid-to-late stage growth opportunities across Europe in financial services and tech-enabled services. 

She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a first-class degree in International Relations from the London School of Economics.
