Founder at PV01

Max Boonen’s company PV01 is a fintech startup that puts bonds on the blockchain. The company tokenizes government bonds so that they can be purchased with stablecoins. PV01 also issues corporate bonds on behalf of borrowers, and places them with investors in the crypto market. 
Before PV01, Max co-founded B2C2 in 2015, a pioneering firm that became the most important dealer of the crypto market. B2C2 was acquired by Japanese banking group SBI in 2020. Prior to establishing B2C2, Max was an interest rates trader at Goldman Sachs in London.
