Laura Rosseel

Laura Rosseel is senior associate and advises innovative companies on a wide range of corporate, commercial and intellectual property matters. Her professional focus is venture capital, corporate venturing and M&A, whereby she assists emerging and established companies and investors in a variety of corporate transactions, including formation, fundraising, equity incentives schemes, trade sales and strategic collaborations for clients at all stages of growth. Her specialty extends to the design and structuring of all types of joint ventures and other forms of corporate venturing collaborations, combining both corporate and commercial expertise with a strong  strategic perspective. In addition, Laura also assists start-ups and scale-ups in structuring and negotiating technology transactions, such as commercial exploitation of technology, license agreements, research and development collaborations and distribution arrangements, and follows up on other IP-related day-to-day advice, ensuring solid intellectual property management throughout the lifecycle of the company. Laura obtained her master of law at UGent. Laura also obtained an LL.M in corporate law at LSE and participated in the corporate venturing and innovation program at INSEAD.
