Anais Monlong

Anais has worked in the finance and technology industry for over 10 years. She started out in strategy and advisory roles with a focus on software, healthcare and tech infrastructure before moving on to VC in late 2019. As Venture Principal at IRIS's early-stage team, Anais is in charge of identifying and investing in ambitious start-ups, with a specific interest in DevOps, Data, Proptech and Construction, Engineering Software, healthcare and legal or regulatory tech.

A self-taught developer since 2015, Anais also codes IRIS' proprietary AI algorithms and manages the firm's IT systems and tools
